My leading client is looking to recruit a Business Architecture Lead to drive the end-to-end business architecture and Target Operating Model (TOM) design across Finance, Risk, Treasury, Tax, Investments, and Actuarial functions for Life, General Insurance, and Specialty insurers.
Key Responsibilities- Define and deliver Target Operating Models aligned to strategic, regulatory, and reporting objectives (e.g. IFRS 17, Solvency II).
- Lead cross-functional design across finance, actuarial, and risk value chains, ensuring seamless integration.
- Align business architecture with Finance Data Architecture and CDT-enabled platform ecosystems.
- Engage C-suite stakeholders (CFO, CRO, Chief Actuary, CIO) to shape transformation vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Oversee front-to-back process integration and ensure design coherence across multiple workstreams.
- Embed AI into the operating model, including GenAI-driven insights, agentic workflows, and intelligent automation.
- Proven track record delivering large-scale insurance transformation programmes.
- Deep cross-functional expertise spanning finance, risk, actuarial, and investment domains.
- Strong ability to connect business architecture, data, and technology to drive enterprise outcomes.
