Role purpose / summary
Responsible for identifying, assessing and documenting automation opportunities. Reporting of key force / automation benefits and maintaining process documentation.
Required Skills
- Ability to analyse processes and identify automation opportunities
- Ability to clearly document processes and benefits
- Strong communication skills for walkthroughs, workshops, and upskilling
- Ability to collaborate well with stakeholders and team members
- Understanding of RPA concepts and tools for automation identification and documentation
- Ability to lead in discovery workshops and deliver in cross-functional team settings
- Proven track record of detailed process design and definition, preferably for RPA
- Excellent analytical skills, with a focus on requirement gathering and process automation documentation
- Knowledge of Robotic Process Automation technology e.g. Blue Prism, UiPath
