We're supporting a major UK public sector organisation seeking a Risk & Governance Manager to lead enterprise-wide risk management and governance frameworks. This is a high-impact role working directly with senior leadership, ensuring risk informs decision-making, governance is effective, and assurance processes drive real business outcomes.

You'll take ownership of the end-to-end risk management function, acting as the central lead across the organisation.

  • Lead and evolve enterprise risk management frameworks
  • Ensure risks are identified, assessed, escalated and reported effectively
  • Support Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and governance boards with risk insight
  • Drive governance standards, compliance, and best practice
