About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced PCB Designer to join our engineering team. You’ll be working on complex RF and high‑speed digital boards, collaborating closely with design engineers to deliver innovative solutions for mission‑critical projects.

What You’ll Do

• PCB layout, component placement, and routing for RF and high‑speed digital boards.
• Electronic schematic capture and component library creation.
• Design for manufacturability and testability.
• Prepare manufacturing data and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with Roke PCB CAD guidelines and IPC standards (up to Class 3).

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of PCB CAD design experience using Altium Designer.
• Multi‑layer PCB design (through holes, blind vias, microvias).
• RF and high‑speed digital boards (including mmWave).
• Balanced high‑speed trace design (impedance, capacitance, spacing).
• Power trace verification and copper distribution.
• Strong knowledge of IPC standards: IPC‑A‑600, IPC‑6012, IPC‑A‑610, IPC‑2221.
• Ability to support material selection and stack‑up definition.
• SC Clearance (or ability to obtain).
