We are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of products and services within a cloud-based transformation programme for a government project. You will be working within an Agile environment, ensuring delivery excellence by building and maintaining high-performing teams, managing stakeholders, and driving alignment across technical and non-technical audiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accountable for end-to-end delivery of products and services
  • Lead and support Agile teams, ensuring collaboration and motivation
  • Manage RAID items (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies)
  • Build strong relationships with client counterparts and stakeholders
  • Ensure delivery is aligned with timelines, budgets, and business goals
  • Maintain delivery momentum and resolve blockers effectively
  • Drive continuous improvement across teams and delivery processes
  • Coach and mentor team members in Agile and Lean practices

Key Skills & Experience

  • Strong experience as a Delivery Manager or Project Manager in cloud environments
