We are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of products and services within a cloud-based transformation programme for a government project. You will be working within an Agile environment, ensuring delivery excellence by building and maintaining high-performing teams, managing stakeholders, and driving alignment across technical and non-technical audiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Accountable for end-to-end delivery of products and services
- Lead and support Agile teams, ensuring collaboration and motivation
- Manage RAID items (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies)
- Build strong relationships with client counterparts and stakeholders
- Ensure delivery is aligned with timelines, budgets, and business goals
- Maintain delivery momentum and resolve blockers effectively
- Drive continuous improvement across teams and delivery processes
- Coach and mentor team members in Agile and Lean practices
Key Skills & Experience
- Strong experience as a Delivery Manager or Project Manager in cloud environments
- Proven background in Agile and Lean methodologies
