We are seeking an experienced Senior Test Specialist to join a high-assurance programme delivering critical services in a fast-paced environment. Due to the nature of the project, active DV clearance is essential for an immediate start and time scale of the project.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute manual and technical testing across infrastructure and applications
  • Create and execute test cases, analyse results, and investigate failures
  • Manage defect logging and resolution
  • Support and lead testing activities within Agile delivery teams
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and contribute to continuous improvement of testing practices
  • Mentor junior team members and support team development

Required Experience

  • Strong experience within software testing environments
  • Knowledge of SDLC and testing lifecycles
  • Experience working across Agile, SAFe, Waterfall, and V-Model methodologies
  • Experience with test management tools (e.g. JIRA, ALM, TestRail)
  • Strong skills in defect management, test planning, and reporting
  • Experience using tools such as Jenkins, SOAP UI, XML, CI tools
  • ISTQB Foundation Certification (preferred)
