About the Role - Technical Transformation LeadAs a Technical Transformation Lead, you will align multiple workstreams under a single, practical delivery approach suitable for both Agile and Waterfall environments. You will define and embed a consistent methodology such as SAFe, Agile, or Scrum, tailored to engineering led delivery. You will ensure alignment with ITIL frameworks so that live services transition into BAU in line with industry standards. You will work closely with engineering teams and programme leadership to translate complex technical activity into structured delivery methods. You will operate comfortably in ambiguity, adapting approaches to suit fast moving and evolving workstreams.
