Technical Architect - ServiceNow ITOM Location: Hybrid Preston 60% Onsite We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow ITOM Technical Architect to support the design and delivery of ServiceNow IT Operations Management capabilities within a large-scale, complex enterprise environment. This is a key architectural role where you will provide technical leadership across ServiceNow ITOM solutions, helping shape strategy, define architecture, and ensure successful delivery of scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions. Lead architecture and solution design activities for ServiceNow ITOM implementations. Design integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise monitoring and infrastructure tools. Support solution estimation, planning, and architectural approvals. Provide technical leadership and guidance to developers, administrators, and project teams. Proven experience working as a ServiceNow Architect . Extensive hands-on experience delivering ServiceNow ITOM solutions. Experience integrating ServiceNow with enterprise monitoring and infrastructure platforms. Strong understanding of ITIL and enterprise service management principles. Experience designing secure, scalable, and enterprise-grade ServiceNow solutions. Operational Intelligence / AIOps experience. ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA). ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA). ServiceNow ITOM certifications. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator.
