We are urgently seeking an Automation Engineer with a DevNet certification (DEVASC or DEVCOR) and network automation experience.

About the Role:

You will create engaging learning materials focused on automation and programmability for IT professionals. This includes developing online courses, instructor-led training, tutorials, labs, and technical content. You will work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) to simplify complex technical concepts and explore AI-driven content development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop learning content (courses, blogs, training materials, labs).
  • Collaborate with SMEs to ensure accuracy and relevance.
  • Translate technical concepts into easy-to-understand content.
  • Apply adult learning principles for effective training.
  • Stay updated on Enterprise Networking and Service Provider technologies.
  • Advocate for automation and programmability in Cisco solutions.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years in software development (Python, Go, PHP, Node, C++, Java).
  • Experience with REST APIs and automation tools (Ansible, Puppet, Terraform).
  • Knowledge of Networking Technologies (TCP/IP, Routing, Switching, Security).
  • Linux system administration (2+ years) & version control systems (Git, Subversion).
  • Familiarity with CI/CD methodologies and VMware (ESXi, vCenter).
  • Strong communication, instructional design, and technical training skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Cisco DevNet (Associate, Professional, or Specialist) certification.
  • Experience with Cisco hardware/software solutions.
  • CCNA or CCNP certification.
  • Open-source contributions (GitHub, GitLab).
  • Presentation and video content creation skills.
