We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Assistant/Junior Project Manager with 3 to 4 years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project coordination and management, with a solid understanding of project lifecycles, methodologies, and best practices. A certification in PMP or PRINCE2 is preferred. You will work closely with senior project managers and cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects within scope, time, and budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Project Manager in planning, executing, and closing projects according to defined timelines and budgets.
  • Support in defining project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and status reports.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Manage day-to-day project activities, coordinate resources, and resolve issues proactively.
  • Identify, analyze, and mitigate project risks and dependencies.
  • Ensure effective communication with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders.
  • Prepare and present project updates to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Manage project documentation and ensure proper version control.
  • Contribute to process improvements and knowledge sharing within the project management team.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3 to 4 years of experience in project coordination or project management.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
  • PMP or PRINCE2 certification (or in progress) is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Asana, Trello, Jira.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience managing both technical and non-technical projects.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess project performance and suggest improvements.
  • Experience with change management and process improvement initiatives.
  • Familiarity with budgeting and financial reporting.
