Our technology integrates cloud-based platforms, mobile apps, and IoT devices to deliver smarter AT driven software… Your Role As a 2nd Line Support Engineer, you\’ll be the technical backbone of our support operations, handling escalations from 1st line teams and working closely with engineering to resolve complex issues. Key Responsibilities: Provide 2nd line technical support across EUC (End User Computing), Microsoft technologies (Windows 10/11, M365, Azure), and networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN). Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to including integrations with hardware and cloud services. Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to identify root causes and implement long-term fixes. Maintain documentation and contribute to knowledge base articles to support continuous improvement. Support onboarding and configuration of new customer environments. Ensure compliance with ITIL processes and SLAs.What We\’re Looking For: Proven experience in a 2nd line support or IT operations role. Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies: Windows OS, Active Directory, M365, Azure. Solid understanding of networking fundamentals: routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs. Experience with EUC tools and remote support platforms.
