We are seeking a People Transformation Consultant to support the delivery of complex, high‑profile major programmes, with a focus on people, workforce and operating model change within Defence, Security and Justice environments. This role sits within the Major Programmes capability and is well‑suited to candidates with a consulting or professional services background, who are experienced in delivering people‑centred change in complex, regulated settings.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver people and workforce transformation within major programmes, leading defined workstreams or engagements
- Support delivery across:
- People and organisational change
- Operating model design and transition
- Programme governance and controls
- PMO setup and delivery support
- Capability, learning and behavioural change
Key Experience
- Experience delivering people centred change within large programmes or portfolios
- Background in management consulting, professional services or complex delivery environments
- Experience working in or with Defence, Security and/or Justice organisations
- Understanding of programme governance, risk and delivery disciplines
- Comfortable engaging with stakeholders at multiple levels
- Experience working in multi‑disciplinary, fast‑paced teams
- Strong problem‑solving, analytical and communication skills
