My client is looking for an immediately available Technical Salesforce Business Analyst with a proven background in working on complex greenfield Salesforce implementations. You will be a hands-on Technical Business Analyst to bridge business needs with scalable Salesforce solutions.
What you’ll do:
- Gather and refine requirements with stakeholders
- Translate needs into Jira user stories & process maps
- Configure Salesforce (Sales, Service, Experience Cloud) and 3rd-party apps
- Support integrations, data migration, and security compliance
- Drive rollout, UAT, and BAU support – essential
- Champion adoption, training, and continuous improvement
What we’re looking for:
- Strong Salesforce configuration experience (Sales, Service, Experience Cloud)
- Knowledge of Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, Agentic AI a plus
- Skilled in requirements gathering, process mapping, Jira, Confluence, Agile
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management
- Certifications (Business Analyst, Advanced Admin, App Builder) preferred
