Looking for a commercially aware Service Delivery Manager. The SDM must have Agile experience and have managed complex technical IT environments with multiple 3rd Party Suppliers / MSPs. You will be responsible for managing a heavily outsourced environment, including MSPs across Infrastructure and Applications.

Must have strong relationship management skills. Must have implemented and/or managed Incident, Problem and Change management and have solid ITIL experience. Ideally someone who has delivered to challenging SLAs / KPIs, a natural in front of a customer and someone who can manage demanding internal stakeholders. Anyone who has strong Stakeholder Management experience would excel in this role. You will NOT have a team under you but will be accountable for service delivered via outsourced teams. This is a hybrid role where you will expect to work 2 days a week in the office.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a heavily outsourced environment, including MSPs across Infrastructure and Applications.
  • Coordinate and oversee work with 3rd party suppliers and MSPs to ensure service delivery aligns with agreed SLAs and KPIs.
  • Maintain strong relationship and stakeholder management with customers and internal teams.
  • Lead or support Incident, Problem and Change management with solid ITIL practices.
  • Operate without direct team line management, but accountable for service delivered via outsourced teams.
  • Contribute to a customer-facing role and manage expectations of demanding stakeholders.

Qualifications / Requirements:

  • Agile experience.
  • Commercially aware with experience managing complex IT environments and multiple 3rd party suppliers/MSPs.
  • Strong relationship and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience implementing or managing Incident, Problem and Change management with solid ITIL background.
  • Proven track record of delivering to challenging SLAs/KPIs and working with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Experience in outsourced environments; no direct team under supervision (accountable for service delivered).
  • Hybrid role availability: able to work in the office 2 days a week.
