An IBM EntireX consultant is required in managing and supporting Software AG/IBM EntireX under BS2000, ensuring its stability, performance, and alignment with business objectives.

Essentially, we need webMethods people who are now building with EntireX.

CONTRACT DETAILS

• Leading Central Government Client
• Location: Fully Remote
• Duration: 11 months (highly likely to extend)

REQUIREMENTS

• Must be SC Cleared
• EntireX knowledge: In-depth understanding of EntireX, including its architecture, functionality, and dependencies.
• Software AG/IBM EntireX (10.5+) under BS2000
• EntireX Broker
• EntireX RPC Server
• EntireX Security
• Broker ACI & RPC knowledge
• EntireX Broker Jobs & Configuration
• Operating Systems: Knowledge of BS2000 ( Fujitsu Mainframe ) including Startup JCL

DESIREABLES

• EntireX Listeners
• EntireX Reliable RPC Understanding
• EntireX Application Monitoring
• EntireX RPC-ACI Bridge
• Operating Systems: Linux
• Programming languages: Natural, Assembler or C.

Support and Maintenance Skills

• Troubleshooting: Ability to identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues related to EntireX.
• Debugging: Proficiency in debugging techniques and tools.
• Performance optimization: Knowledge of performance optimization techniques and tools to ensure EntireX can scale.
• Documentation: Ability to create and maintain technical documentation, such as user guides, release notes, and troubleshooting guides.

Security

• Security best practices: Knowledge of EntireX security configuration to ensure the EntireX implementation follows the security best practice guidelines.
