We’re on the lookout for a highly experienced Agentic AI Software Engineer to lead the hands‑on build of enterprise‑grade AI systems, with a strong focus on agent‑based architectures, orchestration, and production deployment. What You’ll Be Building
- Design and deploy production‑ready Agentic AI systems, including:
- Agentic workflows (RAG, orchestration, tool use, routing)
- Multi‑model Agentic AI platforms across leading providers
- Cloud‑native, scalable Agentic AI services
- Enterprise‑integrated Agentic AI applications
Agentic AI Engineering
- Design and implement AI agents (RAG pipelines, orchestration flows, tool invocation, policy routing)
- Build evaluation frameworks (accuracy, latency, reliability)
- Implement observability and monitoring across the full agent lifecycle
- Integrate with providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Vertex AI, and open‑source models
- Optimise AI systems for performance, cost, and latency
Cloud‑Native Development
- Build scalable systems using serverless and event‑driven patterns
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code (Terraform, Helm) and ensure production readiness (monitoring, logging, resilience).
Application & API Development
- Build AI‑powered applications aligned to enterprise workflows
- Integrate AI systems into existing enterprise platforms and APIs
- Develop backend services supporting agent orchestration
- Define and execute AI system testing strategies
- Analyse and improve latency, throughput, accuracy, and cost
