Role Purpose / Summary
Experienced Scrum Master working alongside other Scrum Masters within a team of 50 delivering a constant stream of project and service work. You will be working alongside a number of experienced Delivery Leads to deliver a constant stream of projects in conjunction with client requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Managing day to day project and live team activities
- Assigning out tasks to the team
- Running scrum
- Monitoring project tasks to ensure timelines are on track
- Calling out risks and when projects are going off track
- Sharing reports with DLs for larger projects compiled collaboratively
- Managing live tickets and incidents
- Monthly work allocation planning
- Supporting with DTX and AVFs
- Running team retrospectives
- Holding sessions with the engineers to explore improvements
- Managing monthly LSMs
- Weekly live meetings with the Service Delivery Managers to ensure all release and monthly live service maintenance are married up in the delivery plan
