We are actively looking to secure an Application Developer to join Experis.
Job Purpose/The Role: As an Application Developer specialising in RPA, you will be responsible for converting business and IT process definitions into automated solutions that enhance service delivery. The role requires working closely with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver efficient and scalable automation solutions.
The Application Developers possess expertise in various robotic process automation (RPA) tools, such as Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, UiPath, Powerautomate, IBM RPA etc. This expertise includes native chatbot support, natural language processing (NLP), optical character recognition (OCR), native Citrix automation, document processing, IVR/IVA, Workflow management, native RPA connector/copilot for core Generative AI features like Content Creation, Summarisation, Classification, Sentiment Analysis, Code Generation with internal/external LLMs. This role requires programming and tool configuration skills, well versed with SDLC.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Assists with development workstream, including building and testing automations.
- Controller responsible for managing and monitoring live automated processes, including troubleshooting issues that may arise when a process is live.
Your Skills:
- Strong experience with RPA tools like UiPath, Blue Prism.
- Skilled in producing and executing test cases and QA.
- Experience with process mapping and workflow design.
- Able to troubleshoot automation processes.
- Good communication skills for collaboration and documentation.
- Effective team player, supporting Senior Developers.
- Expertise in UiPath Orchestrator, Blue Prism Control Room, or Automation Anywhere Control Room.
- Proficient in monitoring tools and incident management.
- Knowledge of governance and compliance standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, provide L2/L3 support.
- Optimise bot performance and automation processes.
