Role Purpose
The key purpose of this role is to manage Product Development for BCP, working closely with the Head of Product Development to define the Product roadmap aligned with business strategy, and collaborating with Product Managers on impactful changes. The role involves leading Product Development on SI / MTP projects, ensuring the vision is maintained throughout delivery, managing business updates, conducting customer meetings, and setting up customer feedback sessions to inform the Product Roadmap.
Key Skills and Requirements
- Experience within BCP Product and collaborating with the Head of Product Development to create strategic visions
- Ability to understand and develop the Product Roadmap in coordination with other Product Managers
- Leadership in Product Development projects, ensuring delivery aligns with initial vision
- Strong relationships with Product and Project Managers
- Ownership and communication of the BCP Product Roadmap process
- Leading product updates and communications at meetings and conferences
Stakeholder Management & Leadership
- Reporting to Product Director and Exco on development progress
- Defining technical capabilities with Product Strategy
- Engagement with B2B Sales Teams, Product Management, Partnerships, Sales, and Account Development teams
- Communicating successes and challenges with technical integrations to Exco

- Ability to work well in small teams
