Responsibilities
- Monitor and report on network performance and stability.
- Process customer requests and deploy new service configurations.

- Support Managed Service Providers and end-user groups with technical assistance.

- Support Crypto Key Fill and update the CMDB.
- Provide out-of-hours on-call support on a rotational basis (1 week in 4).
