Role Overview: Working for a large global tech brand within the Marketing and Strategy Team, you will support the Global Partner Marketing Managers in developing and executing go-to-market and lifecycle plans.

PAYE Contract for an initial 6 months with a view to extend further.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with internal teams across the marketing ecosystem, including Global Marcoms, Platform and Subscriptions, and Online Store teams.
  2. Partner with external suppliers / publishers and their marketing teams on campaigns.
  3. Manage the collection, tracking, and distribution of assets for global consumer marketing campaigns, regional executions, channel marketing, PR events, and more.
  4. Organize and support weekly and monthly updates to regional teams, key stakeholders, and development partners.
  5. Drive execution of key marketing programs, including brand and collateral approvals, creation of executional materials, and partner approvals.
  6. Handle project management tasks such as maintaining updates and reporting documents, asset management, SOW and PO’s, and approval routing.
  7. Support globally prioritized events.
  8. Independently manage all lifecycle marketing moments.

You will need:

  1. Prior experience in Marketing and Project Management.
  2. Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  3. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  4. Proven problem-solving abilities.
  5. Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments.
  6. Passion and knowledge for tech – gaming and entertainment.
  7. Expertise in SharePoint management and asset management software (e.g., Dropbox, Mediashuttle).
