As we expand our Modern Workplace practice, we’re looking for a dynamic Modern Workplace Manager to lead the design, delivery, and optimisation of Microsoft 365–centric workplace solutions for our diverse client base.
The Role
As the Modern Workplace Manager, you will be the strategic and operational lead for our Modern Workplace services. You’ll shape our service offerings, lead a talented technical team, and act as a trusted advisor to clients looking to modernise their digital workplace through Microsoft 365, endpoint management, automation, and cloud‑first best practices. This is a hands‑on leadership role that blends technical expertise, service delivery excellence, and innovation—perfect for someone who wants to influence the direction of a growing practice within a high‑performing MSP.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of Modern Workplace solutions across key technologies including Microsoft 365, Intune, Azure AD/Entra ID, Endpoint Management, Teams, and Windows 11.
- Own and evolve our Modern Workplace service portfolio, ensuring it remains modern, scalable, and commercially competitive.
- Work closely with clients to understand their business challenges and translate them into actionable, cloud‑first technical strategies.
- Oversee technical delivery teams, fostering a culture of high performance, continuous improvement, and customer‑centricity.
- Develop technical roadmaps, best practices, and governance frameworks for secure and efficient digital workplace environments.
- Collaborate with Sales and Pre‑Sales to support bid responses, solution design, and client presentations.
- Champion automation and modern management approaches—reducing operational overhead and improving user experience.
- Ensure service excellence through proactive monitoring, SLA adherence, and quality assurance across all Modern Workplace engagements.
What You Bring
- Proven experience in an MSP or consultancy environment, ideally within a Modern Workplace, End‑User Computing, or Microsoft 365 leadership role.
- Deep technical expertise across the Microsoft cloud ecosystem (M365, Intune, Teams, Entra ID, SharePoint Online, Windows).
- Clear understanding of Zero Trust principles, identity management, device compliance, and security baselines.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing technical teams and driving service improvement.
- Excellent client‑facing communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
- A passion for innovation, automation, and modern management methodologies.
- Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-102, MD-102, MS-700, AZ-104) are highly desirable.
