Responsibilities
- Provide Protective Monitoring Services for Secure Customers.
- Day‐to‐day monitoring using SIEM tools such as Qradar, Sentinel, and LogRhythm.
- Conduct security analytics, incident investigation, triage, and escalation.
- Threat monitoring, trend reporting, rule tuning, and continual service improvement.
- Collaborate with SOC engineers and Service Managers.
