Key Responsibilities- Design clear, accessible, and user-centred interaction flows across complex end-to-end services
- Create mobile-first experiences across iOS and Android platforms
- Work closely with service designers, researchers, developers, and product teams to shape user journeys and design decisions
- Create high-fidelity interactive mobile prototypes to demonstrate interactions, gestures, transitions, and system behaviours
- Use prototyping tools and lightweight code to simulate complex user flows and interactions
- Support testing, feasibility discussions, and collaboration with engineering teams
- Design in line with NHS and GOV.UK Service Standards
- Ensure all designs meet WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility standards and inclusive design principles
- Contribute across discovery, alpha, beta, and live delivery phases within agile multidisciplinary teams
- Strong interaction design experience across complex digital services
- Advanced mobile prototyping skills
