We’re hiring a Partner Solutions Architect to help Microsoft partners sell, deploy, and drive adoption of Copilot for Microsoft 365 within Modern Work programmes. This role blends solution architecture, technical pre-sales, and partner coaching, supporting partners from early opportunity through to production rollout and measurable usage.
What you’ll do:
- Enable partners on Copilot readiness: licensing, prerequisites, security/compliance considerations, and deployment approach.
- Run workshops and technical training covering use cases, adoption motions, and rollout playbooks.
- Improve partner capability across pre-sales discovery, technical validation, and delivery execution.
- First-win deal and delivery support: Coach partner sales teams through early Copilot deals: positioning, value articulation, objection handling, technical validation.
- Support early deployments: readiness checks, implementation guidance, issue triage, and escalation management.
- Provide crisp, solution-led answers to technical questions—balancing speed, accuracy, and risk management.
- Drive post-deployment success: usage activation, champions programmes, prompt coaching, governance patterns.
- Help partners evidence outcomes via adoption metrics, usage insights, and business value narratives.
- Shape repeatable partner motions for department-by-department expansion and scaled adoption.
- Strengthen partner propositions across Modern Work by packaging Copilot into clear GTM plays.
What we’re looking for:
- Lead architecture/consulting experience (core requirement).
- Strong, hands-on Copilot for Microsoft 365 experience across: readiness, deployment, governance, and adoption.
- 3+ years in technical sales, consulting, partner enablement, or partner management.
- Strong Modern Work foundation (e.g., Microsoft 365 apps/services, identity concepts, collaboration workloads).
- Confident communicator: executive narrative + technical depth (workshops, partner coaching, stakeholder management).
- Able to operate independently in a fast-paced environment with multiple partners and priorities.
- Experience running Copilot readiness assessments and defining rollout plans.
- Knowledge of data security/compliance/governance patterns that affect Copilot outcomes.
- Proven track record driving adoption and change management (not just technical deployment).
- Ability to translate Copilot into industry and role-based use cases (Sales, Finance, HR, Engineering, Ops).
