We’re looking for an experienced and proactive Offensive Digital Security Manager to join a growing cyber security team. You will lead penetration testing, red‑team operations, and advanced offensive security projects while guiding clients through real‑world cyber risks. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading and delivering penetration tests, vulnerability assessments, social engineering, and red‑team exercises
- Applying the latest offensive tools, exploit methods, and attacker techniques
- Working directly with clients to shape engagements and deliver clear, actionable insights
- Supporting or leading DFIR (Digital Forensics & Incident Response) activities when required
- Producing high‑quality technical and executive reporting
- Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to enhance security offerings
- Building strong client relationships through transparent communication and reliable delivery
What We’re Looking For:
- Hands‑on background in offensive security, including penetration testing, red‑teaming, research, or bug bounty
- Experience supporting DFIR activities
- Degree in Cyber Security, Information Technology, or related field
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate teams
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem‑solving abilities
- Passion for staying ahead of emerging threats, exploit techniques, and new vulnerabilities
- Qualifications such as OSCP, CTM, CRT, OSWA, OSEP, CCSAM, CTL
