We're partnering with a global technology organisation on the lookout for an experienced Business Program Manager to support the execution and adoption of large-scale Success Programs and Enablement Services across a complex, multi-region environment. This is a hands-on, individual contributor role suited to someone who excels at turning strategy into execution, operating through influence, and driving consistency at scale.
The Opportunity
Playing a key role in ensuring global programs are understood, adopted, and executed consistently across Customer Success and Delivery teams. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you'll bring structure, clarity, and execution discipline to initiatives that directly impact customer outcomes.
Experience
- Program / business management in complex, enterprise environments
- Turning strategy into executable plans, milestones, and deliverables
- Driving adoption with cross-functional teams (influence-led)
- Building playbooks / guidance and enabling the field
- Tracking delivery (risks, dependencies, progress) and reporting clearly
- Using data to improve execution and reduce delivery friction
- Working across regions and senior stakeholders
- Running initiatives end-to-end in fast-paced, matrixed environments
