We are hiring Business Analysts to join a fast-growing, mission-led data and AI consultancy delivering high-impact programmes across UK Defence and National Security. This is an opportunity to work at the centre of complex, high-stakes environments, helping clients turn operational challenges into clearly defined, data-enabled solutions.
As a Business Analyst, you will operate at the interface between senior stakeholders, technical delivery teams, and end users, shaping requirements and ensuring solutions deliver real-world value. Projects are varied and often sensitive, requiring strong judgement, discretion, and the ability to work confidently within secure environments.
What You Will Be Doing
- Engaging with Defence and government stakeholders to understand operational needs, pain points, and objectives
- Eliciting, analysing, and documenting business and user requirements
- Translating complex problems into clear, structured artefacts (use cases, process maps, user stories, acceptance criteria)
- Supporting delivery teams throughout the lifecycle to ensure solutions meet user and mission needs
- Contributing to workshops, briefings, and decision-making sessions with senior stakeholders
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in complex, data-led or digital environments
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including at senior level
- Confidence working alongside engineers, data teams, and delivery leads
- Experience within Defence, National Security, or other secure government settings
- DV clearance (current and transferable)
