Role Summary
We are seeking a Microsoft Copilot Subject Matter Expert (SME) to lead deployment, adoption, and optimization of Microsoft Copilot across enterprise environments. This role focuses on enabling AI-driven productivity within Microsoft 365, ensuring compliance, and driving user adoption strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement Copilot deployment plans within Microsoft 365 environments.
- Validate compliance and security settings (DLP, sensitivity labels).
- Configure Microsoft Graph connectors for external data integration.
- Deliver training on prompt engineering and Copilot best practices.
- Drive adoption campaigns and champion programs to maximize ROI.
- Act as a trusted advisor on Responsible AI principles and privacy considerations.
Required Skills
- Deep knowledge of Microsoft 365 (E3/E5) and Copilot licensing models.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 Apps, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Graph API.
- Strong understanding of compliance frameworks (DLP, sensitivity labels).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in FastTrack or enterprise-scale deployments.
