Location: Hybrid â rare travel to a client office, mostly working from home
Rate: up to ÂŁ828 p/d Umbrella inside IR35
Clearance required: SC Eligibility is required (must not have been out of the country for more than 28 consecutive days in the last 5 years) and you must be a Sole UK National.
Key Responsibilities- Lead endâtoâend implementations of SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking
- Design and govern Consolidated Time Recording (CTR) frameworks
- Define global CTR templates and localisation strategies
- Architect time data consolidation from:
- Clock systems
- External time interfaces
- Absence management
- Allowances and premiums
- Time Recording Profiles (CTRâbased)
- Time Valuations
- Time Types & Time Type Groups
- Time Accounts & Accrual rules
- Work Schedules
- Holiday Calendars
- Employee Central
- Employee Central Payroll (ECP)
- Thirdâparty payroll systems
- Clock/time capture platforms
In addition to technical expertise, strong consulting capability is essential. The role requires the ability to communicate clearly, influence decisions, and guide stakeholders through complex process and system changes.

- Strong analytical and problemâsolving skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for a non-technical audience

- Ability to operate effectively in a fastâmoving, regulated, or highâstake environment
- Lead workshops and process walkthroughs
- Prepare clear and professional workshop materials (slides, process maps, decision logs)
- Drive stakeholder alignment and capture decisions, risks, and actions
- Produce highâquality Functional Specifications, configuration workbooks, process flows, and test cases
- Work collaboratively with technical teams to ensure specifications are clear, testable, and aligned with architectural standards
- Maintain accurate documentation throughout the project lifecycle, supporting audit and compliance needs
