  • Track software deployment and usage, ensuring compliance with EULAs and Product Use Rights (PURs).
  • Support procurement, writing business cases and ensuring software renewals align with project milestones.
  • Assess the impact of changes to licensing rules and cost structures to support strategic decision-making.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong background in Software Asset Management (SAM) and licensing compliance.
  • Experience managing Microsoft, Broadcom (VMware), and Cisco software licenses.
  • Proven ability to negotiate with vendors and optimise software procurement strategies.
  • Experience working with high-security environments where traditional SAM tools may be restricted.
  • Strong financial forecasting and budget management experience.
  • Ability to liaise with stakeholders, including procurement teams, security professionals, and technical leads.
