Location: Services Logistics Warehouse
Hours: Monday – Friday, 15:00 – 23:00 (37.5 hours/week)
Contract: Full‑time, Rolling
Salary: Competitive (TBC)
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Managing warranty claims via vendor portals (HP, Lenovo, Dell, etc.)
- Processing components and devices in SAP, ServiceNow, and ITSM
- Coordinating with courier partners and third‑party suppliers
- Tracking serial numbers and assets with precision
- Maintaining databases and producing reports in Excel
- Meeting SLAs and personal performance targets
- Creating delivery notes and courier labels
- Keeping the warehouse running smoothly and efficiently
