About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Events Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support all customer events within pre-defined territories by crafting engaging virtual and in-person experiences to communicate our story, drive brand awareness, and demand, while aligning with our core marketing campaigns. You will work closely with various teams, manage successful event execution, and ensure an excellent customer experience throughout.
Key Responsibilities:

Event Activation & Management:
- Activate event requests, gather input needs, and drive successful event engagements that meet customer needs and business objectives.
- Lead and manage the Go-To-Marketing Event Calendar, aligning with regional plans to ensure seamless communication and organization of events.

Event Planning & Execution:
- Collaborate with local marketing teams to plan, consolidate, and communicate on live, virtual, and on-demand events.
- Oversee programming and project management for events from inception to post-event follow-up.
- Manage event logistics, including vendor coordination, registration, agenda, communications, and attendee experience.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:
- Work with cross-functional teams to define event requirements and objectives, aligning on expectations and communications for seamless execution.
- Manage relationships with stakeholders across business units, partners, and customers to ensure event success.

Performance Tracking & Reporting:
- Implement success metrics and lead management processes to measure event impact and ROI.
- Provide comprehensive reporting on event performance, utilizing tools lto track registration and data insights.

Third-Party Event Participation:
- Lead participation at key 3rd-party industry events, ensuring brand visibility and sponsorship alignment.

- Manage smaller, intimate events with a focus on seamless registration, data management, and stakeholder collaboration.
- Oversee registration support via and manage event-specific processes including lead tracking and marketing campaign alignment.

- Manage flagship marketing-funded events from concept to completion, ensuring end-to-end project management, location scouting, creative asset development, agenda and content management, and event promotion.
- Lead the coordination of internal and external speakers, audience acquisition, budget management, and compliance with privacy and sustainability policies.
Minimum Qualifications:
- At least 4 years of Event Management experience in a similar role within a global organization.
- Strong project management skills with a natural ability to lead and organize multiple events simultaneously.
- Proficiency with event tools and processes, including Cvent (or similar platforms), MS Office, and marketing automation tools.
- Experience in event marketing, including data management, registration, and website management.
- Stakeholder management experience, both internally and externally, with a focus on cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Knowledge of financial management and compliance in event planning, including budget oversight and sustainability alignment.
- English language proficiency, with additional European languages as a plus.
