We are on the lookout for a hands-on creative who loves turning complex, technical ideas into visuals and stories people actually understand. Visual & Motion Designer to support a global cloud & AI leader on co-innovation projects with strategic enterprise customers. You'll sit alongside engineers and product leaders, shaping how next-generation AI and cloud solutions are told on screen, on stage, and online.

Taking concepts and turning them into a clear narrative, a storyboard, and a finished asset.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Storytelling for AI & Enterprise Tech: Translate technical concepts and product visions into clear narratives and story arcs. Craft stories for external audiences – from product overviews to executive keynotes and major industry events. Bring AI and enterprise technology use cases to life through demos, visuals, and motion.
  • Visual & Motion Execution: Create videos, motion graphics, infographics, mock-ups and decks that align to brand and visual guidelines. Develop mood boards, storyboards and visual concepts for new ideas and campaigns. Own the full creative pipeline from concept → storyboard → asset delivery.
  • Collaboration & Leadership: Work closely with engineers, product leaders and technical programme managers to shape the narrative. Partner with specialist editors, 3D artists or agencies where deeper craft is needed. Manage your own workload and projects end-to-end, keeping stakeholders aligned.

Experience: Proven experience in B2B or enterprise tech – you’ve turned complex/technical products into clear, engaging visual stories. Strong motion and visual design skills – motion graphics and video as well as static design (e.g. After Effects / Premiere / similar tools). Hands-on portfolio showing videos, motion pieces, storyboards, and artefacts that explain products or platforms. Comfort working with technical stakeholders – engineers, product managers, solution architects; you’re confident asking questions and simplifying complexity. End-to-end ownership – from idea and narrative through to delivering final files on time, often across multiple formats.

Nice-to-haves: 3D experience (Cinema 4D, Blender, Unreal, etc.). Experience creating content for major industry events or executive presentations. Familiarity with AI / ML / cloud concepts and how they’re used in real customer scenarios.

Contract Details: PAYE Contract. Initial 3-6 Months Contract + Extensions. Remote - UK Based. Please apply for immediate consideration.
