Are you passionate about digital advertising and building strong partnerships that drive innovation and performance?

Weโ€™re looking for a dynamic and strategic Digital Advertising and Partner Manager to join a high-impact team at the forefront of native advertising and digital monetization on an initial 12-month contract. ๐Ÿš€

In this role, youโ€™ll lead the execution of advertising initiatives, manage partner relationships, and ensure seamless operations across lead generation, technical integrations, billing, and performance analysis. Youโ€™ll collaborate with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders to deliver results and shape the future of digital advertising.

Key Responsibilities

  • ๐Ÿ”ง Oversee native advertising monetization integrations in collaboration with developers, vendors, and market teams.
  • ๐Ÿค Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and internal teams, ensuring alignment on product capabilities and strategic direction.
  • ๐Ÿ“Š Deliver monthly business performance reviews and lead discussions on growth opportunities with external stakeholders.
  • ๐Ÿ› ๏ธ Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure operational efficiency across advertising systems.
  • ๐Ÿ’ผ Support revenue optimization through accurate forecasting, invoicing, and partner coordination.
  • ๐ŸŒ Stay ahead of industry trends and provide strategic input on internal tools and reporting systems.
  • ๐ŸŽฏ Influence cross-functional teams to prioritize initiatives that drive yield and partner satisfaction.

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of experience in digital media, operations, sales, or publisher management.
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising strategies, platforms, and buying models (RTB and reserved).
  • Experience with native advertising is a plus.
  • Strong Experience across PowerBI and Excel
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and influence stakeholders across business development, finance, engineering, and legal.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Technical proficiency in advertising platform setup and management.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving clarity in complex environments.
  • ๐ŸŽ“ Bachelorโ€™s degree required; MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.
