Would you like to work in an interesting and challenging role for a leading government client?

I am looking for a Senior AWS DevOps Engineer with strong Kong or API Gateway experience to join a global business and technology transformation company on a project for a UK government agency.

Soft skills will be hugely important here, as we need someone to lead the team and help develop others. You will be an integral part within their Development team.

CONTRACT DETAILS:

Role: Senior AWS DevOps Engineer

Day Rate: £500 – £550

Location: Hybrid (2 days a week in Newcastle, but flexible)

Duration: 12 months

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Soft skills hugely important, we need someone to lead the team and help grow others to their level
  • Kong or API Gateway experience really helpful, that’s the main focus of the role
  • Very strong AWS experience
  • GitLab CI / Terraform
  • Helm / Kubernetes experience to help app teams
  • Previous experience as a Developer would be ideal
  • Previous central government experience would be an advantage
