We are seeking an experienced DevSecOps Engineer to join a high-performing technology team delivering secure, scalable, and high-impact software solutions within complex cloud and cyber environments. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving challenging technical problems, embedding security throughout the development lifecycle, and working collaboratively across engineering, delivery, and stakeholder teams.

You will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining secure cloud-native solutions while helping drive DevSecOps best practices, automation, and continuous improvement across projects.

The Role

As a DevSecOps Engineer, you will contribute across the full software delivery lifecycle — from requirements gathering and architecture through to deployment, security, automation, and operational support. You will work closely with developers, architects, technical leads, and stakeholders to deliver secure, reliable, and innovative solutions aligned to business and operational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain secure, scalable software solutions and cloud environments
  • Embed security best practices throughout the SDLC including automated security testing and compliance checks
  • Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and continuous testing processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine requirements and shape technical solutions
  • Support technical investigations, prototyping, and innovation initiatives
  • Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to solution design decisions
  • Help improve engineering processes, tooling, and automation practices

  • Provide mentorship, code reviews, and technical guidance to less experienced engineers
  • Promote Agile delivery principles and foster a collaborative team culture
