My leading client is looking for an immediately available D365 Solution Architect who can help them on a journey to support the design, architecture, and documentation of enterprise-grade solutions across the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem (across CE/CRM, FO/FinOps and the Power Platform).
You must be an expert in translating complex business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions using Azure services and Microsoft cloud technologies. You will define integration strategies, data models, and application frameworks, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards and best practices. A key part of the role involves producing high-quality technical documentation and solution blueprints to support implementation and BAU operations. The architect will work closely with the lead architect to share & deliver the target architecture and collaborate with stakeholders across business and IT, drive innovation, ensure compliance, and deliver measurable business value.
Core Skills- Proven experience designing and architecting solutions in Dynamics 365 CE and FO.
- Excellent Azure services including Logic Apps, Functions, API Management, and Azure DevOps.
- Expertise in Power Platform architecture and governance.
- Excellent documentation skills including solution design documents, technical specifications, and user guides.
- Strong knowledge of CRM and ERP business processes - in sectors such as healthcare, retail, or regulated industries.
- Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and SQL Server.
- Experience with data migration, integration strategies, and legacy system transformation.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies.
- Data savvy (XML, Data Mapping, Canonical, Database design) with a meticulous eye for detail.
- Wireframes, user flows, visual design and mock-up / prototypes.
- Understanding of overall customer needs and ability to have a holistic view of design and user experience; ability to deliver on short term needs that fit into long term vision.
