About the Role

This position sits within Hosting and Service Platforms , reporting directly to the Cloud Enablement Lead . You will play a key role in helping our Cloud Platform consumers onboard efficiently, leverage established patterns and constructs, and access expert guidance across AWS , Azure , and container platforms . This is an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, enhancing our cloud capabilities and supporting all platform consumers.

You’ll be at the forefront of delivering Infrastructure as Code (IaC) , technical assurance, and cloud expertise to market development teams. In addition, you’ll collaborate with peers in the Cloud Platform teams to improve services and automation, ensuring the best possible developer experience.

As a team leader , you will guide and support a group of Cloud Engineers through complex technical challenges, mentor them in career development, and foster a collaborative, high-performing culture. Your responsibilities will include setting clear objectives, delegating tasks based on individual strengths, and maintaining regular communication to keep the team aligned.
