The Audit AI Enablement Manager plays a critical role in embedding Artificial Intelligence (AI) into financial audit delivery. The position focuses on designing, deploying, and scaling Generative AI (GenAI) and predictive analytics capabilities to improve audit efficiency, quality, and insight.
Working within the Financial Audit Data Analytics function, this role leads the practical application of enterprise AI tooling (including Microsoft Azure AI Foundry, Copilot Studio, and ChatGPT Enterprise) to support real audit engagements and modernise audit methodologies.
Key Responsibilities- AI Solution Development
- Design, build, and deploy AI-enabled solutions to support audit methodology and execution.
- Develop engagement-specific AI copilots and automation workflows to assist with audit planning, documentation, testing, and evidence review.
- Translate audit requirements into scalable AI use cases.
- Predictive Analytics & Machine Learning
- Explore and apply machine learning techniques (e.g. K-Means, Decision Trees, Isolation Forest, ARIMA) for anomaly detection, risk identification, and trend forecasting.
- Partner with technical teams to operationalise predictive models within audit workflows.
- Audit Integration & Enablement
- Collaborate closely with audit teams to identify high-value, engagement-specific AI opportunities.
- Capture outcomes, benefits, risks, and lessons learned from AI-enabled audits.
- Ensure all AI solutions align with audit quality standards, regulatory requirements, and information security policies.
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Work across audit, technology, risk, and compliance teams to ensure AI initiatives support broader firm strategy.
- Provide hands-on training, enablement, and guidance to audit teams adopting AI tools and workflows.
- Act as a trusted advisor on the practical use of AI in audit.
- Innovation & AI Roadmap
- Define and maintain a roadmap for scaling AI capabilities across the audit function.
- Support the development of an internal AI Centre of Excellence.

- Experience
- Strong background in financial audit, ideally with exposure to technology-enabled or data-driven audit approaches.
