A globally technology leader in consumer technology is looking for a Channel Marketing Manager to lead retail and digital marketing strategy across key markets. Youβll join the Consumer Channel Sales & Marketing team, working across product lines such as intelligent edge devices, productivity platforms, and cloud services.
As Channel Marketing Manager, you will:
- Develop and implement integrated channel marketing strategies across Windows/M365 or Surface portfolios.
- Align seasonal and product lifecycle planning with regional and local teams.
- Partner with sales, category, and marketing teams to ensure campaign and promo success across digital and in-store experiences.
- Analyze consumer behaviour and partner data to continuously improve execution, drive ROI, and optimise investment strategies.
- Act as a subject matter expert for consumer retail trends and competitive insights.
- Support new product launches and partner enablement programs that turn shoppers into loyal brand advocates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate global marketing strategies into actionable regional plans.
- Lead go-to-market planning across retail and digital, aligning with product lifecycle and seasonal peaks.
- Guide subsidiaries on execution and performance metrics, ensuring partner alignment and operational excellence.
- Collaborate closely with visual merchandising, training, digital, and sales enablement teams.
- Manage budgets and drive continuous improvement in campaign effectiveness and retail presence.
- Represent the business with partners, providing strategic guidance and thought leadership.
Experience:
- A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in Retail, Channel, or Consumer Technology Marketing.
- Passion and knowledge for Technology.
- Proven success driving marketing execution in consumer-focused businesses.
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate insight into marketing impact.
- Ability to lead without authority, influence across boundaries, and operate with cross-cultural awareness.
- Experience launching new consumer tech products into the retail channel.
- A strategic mindset coupled with hands-on delivery and creativity.
