Role Purpose / Summary

  • Responsible for identifying, assessing, and documenting automation opportunities. Reporting key automation benefits and maintaining process documentation.

Required Skills

  • Ability to analyze processes and identify automation opportunities.
  • Ability to clearly document processes and benefits.
  • Strong communication skills for walkthroughs, workshops, and upskilling.
  • Ability to collaborate well with stakeholders and team members.
  • Understanding of RPA concepts and tools for automation identification and documentation.
  • Ability to lead discovery workshops and deliver in cross-functional team settings.
  • Proven track record of detailed process design and definition, preferably for RPA.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with a focus on requirements gathering and process automation documentation.
  • Knowledge of RPA technologies such as Blue Prism and UiPath.
