Role Purpose / Summary
- Responsible for identifying, assessing, and documenting automation opportunities. Reporting key automation benefits and maintaining process documentation.
Required Skills
- Ability to analyze processes and identify automation opportunities.
- Ability to clearly document processes and benefits.
- Strong communication skills for walkthroughs, workshops, and upskilling.
- Ability to collaborate well with stakeholders and team members.
- Understanding of RPA concepts and tools for automation identification and documentation.
- Ability to lead discovery workshops and deliver in cross-functional team settings.
- Proven track record of detailed process design and definition, preferably for RPA.
