What You'll Be Doing

  • Eliciting, analysing, and documenting business and user requirements
  • Translating complex problems into clear, structured artefacts (use cases, process maps, user stories, acceptance criteria)
  • Supporting delivery teams throughout the lifecycle to ensure solutions meet user and mission needs
  • Contributing to workshops, briefings, and decision-making sessions with senior stakeholders

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in complex, data-led or digital environments
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including at senior level
  • Confidence working alongside engineers, data teams, and delivery leads
