Responsibilities will include:
- Designing and running workshops with Business and CDIO stakeholders to develop AS-IS and To-BE user journeys, identify pain points and understand prioritisation
- Developing user stories and functional/non-functional requirements to a level of detail that CDIO Cost Estimation Team are able to size and cost the effort required to deliver them
- The selected individual will need to have strong stakeholder management skills and can present to an audience ranging from junior to senior roles
- Working knowledge and understanding of ALM tools, JIRA/Confluence
