Outside IR35, UK Flexibility on Location. My leading client is looking to recruit a Senior Systems IT Trainer. You will play a central role in ensuring the successful rollout and embedding of a range of Construction, Commercial and Design Systems to a range of business users.
You must deliver high-quality training solutions tailored to the needs of end users. You will develop and implement structured learning plans for each system, applying instructional design principles and learning theories to create engaging, accessible, and effective training experiences.
You will work closely with project managers, stakeholders, and external system developers to define training standards and ensure consistency across all learning materials. Acting as a subject-matter expert, you will contribute to training needs analysis, e-learning development, and training assessments.
