The Role
This Senior Recruitment Consultant position sits within our Strategic Accounts team, delivering high‑quality talent across the private and public sectors, with a strong focus on SC & DV environments. You’ll play a key role in supporting existing strategic clients, absorbing new demand, and strengthening our established security‑cleared talent community.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own the full end‑to‑end recruitment lifecycle with minimal supervision
- Headhunt and engage hard‑to‑find, security‑cleared professionals
- Deliver strong shortlists within SLAs (target 3:2:1 efficiency)
- Lead offer management, negotiations, objections, and onboarding
- Act as a trusted delivery lead for clients and account teams
- Use market insight and data to shape hiring decisions
- Mentor junior recruiters and uphold excellent CRM and data standards

- Proven experience recruiting within SC & DV / security‑cleared markets
- Strong headhunting capability and success placing passive candidates
- Confident client and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable delivering against targets, SLAs, and KPIs
