We’re expanding our FPGA team and looking for an experienced engineer who’s passionate about solving complex problems, building innovative digital systems, and shaping the future of secure technologies. What You’ll Be Working On
- You’ll play a key role in designing high‑performance FPGA solutions for a range of secure and technically challenging programmes, including:
- High‑speed digital processing architectures
- Radar, EW, comms, or sensor‑related FPGA pipelines
- Real‑time signal processing & embedded acceleration
- Complex HDL design, simulation, verification & optimisation
- Working closely with systems, firmware and hardware teams

Key Skills We’re Looking For
- Strong experience with VHDL and/or Verilog
- FPGA design on platforms such as Xilinx, Intel/Altera, Microchip
- Experience with ModelSim, Vivado, Quartus or equivalent
- Digital design fundamentals (timing closure, synthesis, STA)
- Understanding of DSP, high‑speed interfaces, or embedded systems
- UK nationality required due to project security requirements
