- Leading solution design and making key architectural decisions

- Remaining hands‑on where needed with complex builds, Apex, LWC and integrations
- Mentoring developers and supporting the growth of an in‑house Salesforce capability
- Supporting the move away from third‑party delivery to internal ownership
What We’re Looking For

- Deep technical expertise across Apex, Lightning Web Components, integrations and automation
- Experience designing and scaling Salesforce solutions in complex or enterprise environments
- Exposure to Financial Services Cloud and/or Marketing Cloud
- Ability to operate at both strategic and hands‑on levels
- Experience in regulated industries is desirable but not essential

- Glasgow‑based role with flexible / hybrid working
- Private medical cover
- Bonus and long‑term incentive schemes
- Enhanced annual leave and flexible benefits
Why Join?
