Location: Edinburgh (Hybrid options available)

Client: Edinburgh-based technology organisation

We’re looking for a QA Engineer with hands-on experience testing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM to join a contract engagement with a forward-thinking client based in Edinburgh.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute test plans for Dynamics 365 CRM applications
  • Perform functional, integration, and regression testing
  • Identify, document, and track bugs and issues
  • Collaborate with developers, analysts, and stakeholders to ensure quality standards
  • Support UAT and release cycles

Ideal Experience:

  • Strong experience testing Dynamics 365 CRM
  • Solid understanding of QA methodologies and tools
  • Experience in both manual and automated testing
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills

Nice to Have:

  • Exposure to Power Platform or related Microsoft technologies
  • Experience with test automation frameworks
  • Previous contract experience in fast-paced delivery teams
