We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead cross‑functional engineering teams in delivering custom test system solutions for the Aerospace & Defense sector. This position involves managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring successful execution from requirements gathering through system deployment, and building strong relationships with customers to understand their technical needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of technical projects, from concept through delivery and post‑delivery support.
- Lead requirement and design reviews with engineering teams.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, resource plans, and risk management strategies.
- Oversee product development, integration, and testing activities.
- Support proposal development, including RFQs, RFPs, and Statements of Work.
- Ensure compliance with customer requirements and industry standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an Engineering discipline.
- 8–10+ years of experience in technical roles involving customer interaction (e.g., Applications Engineering, Product Management, Product Development).
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Technical Project or Program Manager leading cross‑functional teams.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage complex technical projects.
- Aerospace & Defense industry experience strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with RF systems and custom test solutions is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to thrive in an agile, fast‑paced environment.
- Must be eligible and willing to obtain and maintain UK Government Security Clearance for certain projects.
